Hello all!

I apologize for not updating sooner about our trip--it's been a difficult transition back to school.

We arrived back in the states from Belize on Sunday, and we are so thankful for the experiences we had while we were there. We were able to visit the school to meet the staff and students, who were all so inviting and loving. We were also able to tour around Belize City in order to film the documentary. We are currently in the process of putting that together (we have a ton of material to sort through!) and we cannot wait to share it!

As for rewards, we will get in contact with you to determine tshirt sizes for those of you who will be receiving those, so be on the lookout for an email!

The goal has been reached!! Thank you all so much for your support and donations; we could not have achieved this goal without you! There are still 2 days left, so if you know anyone who is still interested in donating, please continue to spread the word. All of the extra donations will go towards the children's education.

We have FINALLY reached the halfway mark! This is our final stretch with only 5 days to go, so continue to talk to anyone you know who would be willing to help us out in this journey.

There are only 6 days left, which is both very exciting and scary at the same time. We are so grateful for the support that you all have given us, and we hope that we can meet our goal so as to not let you all and the children of Belize down! Our team has been working day by day to make this project successful, and we are really going to give it all we've got in these last few days.

With less than 2 weeks to go, we're in the final stretch to meeting our goal. We are so thankful for everyone who has supported us through being helpers, following our journey, and donating! You all have helped us reach $640 so far, which is 39% of our goal!

Since the beginning of this project, our group has been keeping up with the news of Belize. A recent article was published explaining that China has donated computers and educational software to students in Belize so that they may improve their literacy and numeracy skills. We are so excited to see that people all over the world are working hard to give these children educational opportunities. You can view the article here:

$230 in a week is wonderful, but we've still got a long way to go! Thank you to everyone who has helped and donated so far; we appreciate every single effort! 

The group met last Friday to talk more about our trip to Belize in March, and we also discussed new fundraising ideas to take place this spring so that we may send even more children to school. For our trip in March, we are currently working on an itinerary for our week there. We will meet with the children and their families, as well as explore Unity School.
