Campaign update: Hi everyone! My fundraising campaign was successful - thanks to all of you! I have collected the 807 pounds (equivalent to 43,433.06 Baht, 1,145.18 Euros) in total for my journey to Paris. It's sufficient smile emoticon
I'm super grateful for your incredible support. Frankly, I cannot expressed enough how touched I am, and how blessed I feel to have received such amazing support from you all - friends, colleagues, professors, anonymous donors, and many kind donors whom I have never met in persons. "ไปรยาได้รับเลือกให้เป็น1ใน50 ตัวแทนเยาวชนทั่วโลกเข้าร่วมงาน Global Landscape Forumซึ่งเป็นงานประชุมว่าด้วยสิ่งแวดล้อมและการพัฒนา ที่จัดว่าใหญ่ที่สุด และทรงอิทธิพลที่สุดเป็นอันดับสองของโลก เป็นรองแค่ UNFCCC COP21เท่านั้น โดยเป็นตัวแทนคนเดียวที่มาจากประเทศไทยในปีที่ผ่านมา ปีที่แล้วไม่มีเยาวชนไทยได้รับเลือก เพราะไปรยาขาดแคลนสปอนเซอร์ จึงตัดสินใจที่จะขอความกรุณาจากเพื่อน ๆ พี่ ๆ และอาจารย์ ตามที่สามารถและเห็นสมควรค่ะ
งานนี้ทำอะไร?
ในงานนี้ เยาวชนจะได้นำเสนอความคิดแผนในการแก้ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม (ตัวไปรยารับเรื่องกฏหมาย และสิทธิ์ในการเป็นเจ้าของที่ดิน) ให้กับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ อาทิ เช่น ตัวแทนจากกระทรวงสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศต่างๆ จาก World Bank และจาก Multi-national corporation เป็นต้น
