I've just been given the hospital I will be working at this summer!

Huruma hospital is a council designated hospital, situated at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro:

I'd like to add my gratitude for all the donations so far and hope this adds to letting you know how the money will be spent!

I apologise for the images being a bit thin on the ground but I had my head down most of the way and no one to take them of me!

Anyway, the journey starts 6.30 a.m. 25/03/12- Wake up, load my bike into the car and set off for the start point at Lands End.

8.30 a.m. On the Road, trip to John O'Groats looks tempting...

7.30 p.m. Made it to Exeter University! Day 1 done, 125 miles cycled wasn't counting on Dartmoor being quite so steep..

7.30 p.m. 26/03/12- set off from Exeter, legs definitely feeling the day before, more miles to cover but the promise of fewer hills.

8.00 p.m. I made it! The porter took this picture of me infront of Oriel, as you can see it got a bit dark by the time I arrived... It ended up being a bit further at 160 miles as I got quite lost around Tiverton.

(Big thankyou's to my support team:

Olly Woodford and George Chapman for putting me up in Exeter and Oxford and to Morwenna for saving my legs the cycle home!)

Lands End to Oxford 285 miles in 2 Days

I hope this captures your interest and might inspire you to sponsor me.
