ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Maria Urasssa.
I am 22 years old, and a final year student at University of Brighton studying Business Management Degree.
I am originally from Tanzania (East Africa), a very beautiful country with wonderful people, beautiful landscape and delicious food.
I moved to the UK in 2005 and have been enjoying various things about the British culture.
MY PROJECT
I am setting up this fundraising project to appeal for your help towards my final year tuition fees. Despite being here for 9 years, I am regarded as an overseas student and unable to get student funding from the government. My parents funded my 1st and 2nd year but are unable to do so for my final year due to some difficult circumstances. My final year tuition fees is £10500, and so far I have been able to raise £1000 through my first fundraising project and direct contacts. There is £9,500 remaining in order for me to complete my studies, therefore your support and donations will help me to archive my target and graduate in summer 2015. Also for every donation of any amount there will be a range of rewards to say thank you and acknowledge your support!
MY DREAM:
My greatest desire is to establish charity organizations to help people become who they deserve to be and archive their dreams. I would like to reach out to as many people as I can throughout the world influencing growth and development especially in undeveloped places.
