This has to be one of the LEAST user-friendly/intuitive sites I have ever visited! I really had to struggle to sponsor my friend's project - it's quiet a deterrent! Initially I couldn't get a response using my tablet (Android) and had to revert to my iPhone (iOS). Even then, it took me ages to understand the sponsoring process and make it work for me. A major hiccup occurs when you hit the 'Change Reward' invitation (blue text) which is immediately followed by a 'Next Step' button (also blue). The implication is that you press the button to change the reward. Eventually I figured out that this is not the case - you have to hit the button to move on. Quite misleading. Also the 'address box' doesn't really allow for more than one line of text before the name of the town. Finally made it to the end, but not good for my blood pressure!
