Help me get to one of the biggest karate events in the world!

About me

Hello, my name is Teresa Silva, I'm 17 years old and I've been practicing karate since I was 6. (2x Portuguese National Champion, 7th place in the European Junior & Cadet and U21 Championship in Portugal, 3rd place in the European Shotokan Championship in Switzerland, between others). I praticte karate every day including sundays, 2-3 hours a day.

my project

My goal with this campaign is to earn funds so I can compete in the next World Karate Championship in Indonesia (13/11/2015). As karate is not currently in the Olympics we are all self funded athletes and getting to an event like this is never cheap! By donating, big or small, you can help to bring me one step closer to my dream in competing on the world stage once again. Any donations are welcome. If you are unable to donate or provide financial aid, there are other ways you can help! You can share my project with others. It would be greatly appreciated if you would share my story!

If you would like to know more about me and my karate story, you can send me an email at: teresa.cksp@gmail.com .
