REVOLUTION GLASS: Glass (12cm high) etched with faces revolutionary commanders, including Fidel Castro and Che Guevara. This is not a fancy glass, not crystal or cut glass, but it is special because of the story behind it. The glass is donated to raise money by Tony Philips who was given this glass personally by Fidel Castro and Che Guevara as a thank you for delivering medicines to Havana shortly after the revolution. We've not seen any others like it, so we have no idea of its worth and thanks to Tony for donating it. If we don't get any buyers we will sell it to the highest bidder. Please email dab@soton.ac.uk with your bid if you would like the glass but are not able to pay £2500.
