OUR PROJECT:
We are the first graduating class from the new Masters of Fine Arts program at Wimbledon College of Art, and we are raising funds for our final degree show. The exhibition is the culmination of 2 years of hard work, research and experimentation. Our class is a dynamic group of 38 painters, sculptors, digital and multi-media artists from over 20 different nationalities. We look forward to seeing you at the private view on opening night, July 3, 2014.
WHY DO WE NEED YOUR HELP?
Part of our course curriculum includes learning how to organize a large art exhibition. We are responsible for all aspects of the degree show, including the fundraising. The administrative skills that we are learning will help us to sustain our art practices in the professional world, and our personal investment in the exhibition ensures that it will be a unique and meaningful event.
We are hoping to raise at least 3,000 pounds to pay for marketing, publications, materials, and the general costs of putting on an exhibition.
